The aim of this research paper is to find out the level of students' attitudes towards the subject of educational psychology at the College of Basic Education - University of Diyala and to find the differences between the average mean of research sample subjects responses according to the variable of specialization (scientific - human) and gender (male - female) for the academic year (2017-2018), the second course. The researchers used an attitude scale towards educational psychology as a tool for the current research. The scale consisted of (40) items. The results were calculated by appropriate statistical means. The sample of the study consists of 462 students. The study came up with the following results: 1) the attitudes of students at college of basic education towards educational psychology is positive at medium level. 2) There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the responses of the research sample at the level of significance (0.05) according to the gender variable (male - female) in favor of females. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) depending on the variable of specialization (scientific - human).
