The purpose of the present research is to investigate the effectiveness of different web 0.2 tools (Facebook - YouTube), and determine whether there is interaction between the two tools on cognitive achievement, and developing the practical performance among a sample of graduate students at the Islamic University. The research also seeks to identify students' attitudes towards using the electronic questionnaires. The participants of the research consisted of (60) students at the Islamic University in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. They were divided into two experimental groups, each group consisted of (30) students groups according to the experimental design. The results revealed a statistically significant difference at (0.01) level between the mean scores of first experimental group students who taught through using Facebook in the pre and post administration in cognitive and skillful aspects associated with the skills of design and production of electronic questionnaires. a statistically significant difference at (0.01) level between the mean scores of second experimental group students who taught through using YouTube in the pre and post administration in cognitive and skillful aspects associated with the skills of design and production of electronic questionnaires. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the research group that studied the design and production of electronic questionnaires by using YouTube and the research group that studied through using Facebook in favor of the group taught through Facebook as indicated by their scores on the achievement test. The results also showed that there was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the research group that studied the design and production of electronic questionnaires by using YouTube and the research group that studied through using Facebook in attitudes towards using electronic questionnaire as indicated by their scores on the attitudes scale trends.
