The study aimed to propose a method to implement new media in academic communications in universities (Facebook model) by identifying the roles of the faculty member in the activation of the proposed method, and also by identifying the students’ roles in the activation of the proposed method. In addition, the study aimed to identify the conditions for the successful use of new media channels in academic communications in universities (Facebook model).To achieve this, the study used a descriptive analytical method. The study found a proposed method for the recruitment of new media in academic communications in universities (Facebook model). (Published abstract)
