The paper aims at forming a mature personality scale and measuring mature personality level in secondary school students. The researcher has formed the scale which is comprising of six fields distributed to 36 items. The scale was conducted on a sample of (620) secondary school students in Baquba city in the academic year 2013-2014. The researcher has founded the face value with a ratio of (85%), and has statistically analyzed the items so that he figured out the distinguishing power, the relation between each item and the overall scale score and item score in the field with a reliability mounting to (0.85%), that is found out via re-testing. Study results show that the students in the study sample mirror a good level of mature personality. The researcher founded a number of recommendations and suggestions for further study.
