This study aimed to identify the obstacles faced by community colleges in the Republic of Yemen and identify the proposals that can help community colleges in the Republic of Yemen to overcome the difficulties from the viewpoint of academic leaders and faculty members, employers and graduates. also To know whether there were statistically significant differences between the study sample responses about the obstacles and proposals due to the Occupation variable (academic leaders, faculty members, employers, graduates). The study used descriptive methodology, and was conducted at five community colleges (Sanaa- Aden- Saion- Abs- Yarim), and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of 858 participants (leaders of community colleges, faculty members, graduates, and employers).The study reached to the following results: in the field of obstacles, the study concluded that the most important obstacles are: lack to coordination between community colleges and labor market institutions in developing curricula, training students and exchange of experiences, lack to accurate and clear data on the labor market in terms of needs and unemployment, lack to laws and regulations governing the relationship between educational institutions and the labor market. In the field of the proposals, the study reached to the following: training faculty members in cooperation with the labor market institutions, communicating with graduates after graduating and after entering the labor market to find out the difficulties they faced, establishing a coordination unit in each college to communicate with the labor market, linking graduation projects with existing problems in the labor market institutions, providing data about needs of the labor market and number of unemployed and their specialties, involving experts from labor market institutions in developing curricula and training processes, involving business men the Board of Trustees of Community Colleges.
