This study aimed at investigating the methods of facing psychological depression among the highly achievers. The population of the study consisted of (524) male and female students during the academic year 2011/2012 in Al-Zarqa first directorate of education. The sample of the study comprised (131) male and female randomly selected of the high basic and secondary stages in the second king Abdullah distingued school. The researcher adopted an instrument developed by Scheier, Weintraub and Carver, 1989 of facing psychological depression among highly achievers that way modified to the Arabian environment by Abu Habib, 2010. The results of the study revealed that the spiritual domain was the first rank , the second domain was the active dealing, the planning domain was the third when the psychological withdraw was the last. the results also revealed that there were no statistical significant differences 0.05 ≥ α due to gender in all domains except the spiritual , psychological withdrawal and remaining brain thinking domains in favor of females in the spiritual domains and in favor of male in the psychological withdrawal and remaining the brain thinking .Also, there were statistical significant different (0.05 ≥ α )due to the stage in all the domains except the denying and reaming the brain thinking domains in favor of the higher basic stage in all domains and in favor of secondary, stage in the psychological withdrawal.
