The research aimed to design a suggested program based on learning with language projects to develop language skills among kindergarten children. The sample of research consisted of 30 kindergarten children (KG2). The researcher prepared the following tools: 1) list of language skills for kindergarten children. 2) Suggested program based on learning with language projects. 3) Two language situation tests. The results of research showed that there are significant statistical differences between pre-test and post-test for post-test in two language situation tests, this indicated to positive impact of suggested program to develop language skills among kindergarten children. Also, the results indicated to effectiveness and efficiency of the suggested program to language skills among kindergarten children, and Black's values were more than one for two tests.
