To achieve this main objective researcher put three sub goals: Determine global standards for the teaching license system. Submit a suggestion policy for teaching license system. Determine the validity of the suggested teaching license system policy from the specialists. The sample included six (6) countries to study their experience in licensing for teachers to practice the profession of education are: the United States, England, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Australia. Researcher used the descriptive analytical method, so as to put the suggestion policy .The study results were: The importance of been a Council whose responsible for the licensing system, and managing licensing teachers in public school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Researcher suggested four types of licenses: the temporary license, for two-year. The initial license, for five-year (5) years. Advanced license, for ten-year (10) years. Expert teacher's license, until age of 60 years. (Published abstract)
