Define children with special needs that they are: those children who deviate significantly from the average which requires the attention of their need for others if they will develop their ability and their abilities to confront life and its requirements. Aim: present paper to identify the communal violence against children with special needs from the viewpoint of the mother first and then from viewpoint of the parameter in your house for children with special needs. Community search: find included all children in the house of hope for children with special needs in the province of Diyala (male and female). The results of the research indicate that there was no significant differences valuable from of community violence against children with special needs from the viewpoint of the mother. And research findings were the presence of significant differences in the forms of societal violence against children with special needs from the viewpoint of parameter: 1) the need to establish the role and private institutes in different governorates of the country in order to facilitate the enrollment of children with special need tags. 2) Need to re-open sections of special education in universities and colleges in order to prepare staff trained to teach and care for these children. 3) The need for awareness-raising television programs belonging to the parents and the children's families own.
