This research aimed at knowing the contribution of Psychological flow in predicting of decision-making Skills a sample of Managers Schools. Analytical descriptive method was used as it is suitable for the nature of the research. The sample consisted of (196) School's director in Primary stage, Preparatory stage and Secondary stage in Minia governorate. The psychological flow scale prepared by the two researchers (2015) was used in this study, and decision-making Skills scale prepared by the two researchers (2015), were used in this study. Results indicated that: Statistically significant positive correlation relationship was found between scores means of Managers Schools psychological flow and decision-making Skills , the psychological flow predicted of decision-making skills, statistically significant differences between males and females in (Balance between challenge and skill) from dimensions of psychological flow at the direction of females, no statistically significant differences between males and females in (love of work, enjoy, concentration and integration at work) and hole score of psychological flow, no statistically significant differences between School's director in Primary stage, Preparatory stage and Secondary stage in psychological flow and decision-making, No statistically significant differences between Managers of public and private schools in psychological flow and decision-making, statistically significant differences between Inexperienced and average experience in psychological flow and its dimensions at the direction of average experience, statistically significant differences between Inexperienced and high experience in psychological flow and its dimensions at the direction of high experience , No statistically significant differences between average experience and high experience in psychological flow and its dimensions, statistically significant differences between Inexperienced and average experience in decision-making at the direction of average experience , statistically significant differences between Inexperienced and high experience in (decision-wording skill, decision-choose skill, decision-implementing) at the direction of high experience, no statistically significant differences between Inexperienced and high experience in skill to gather information, and No statistically significant differences between average experience and high experience in decision-making and its dimensions.
