This study aimed at discovering the relationship between stressful life events and social skills among sample of basic stage teachers in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (86) male and female teachers in Zarqa 1st Directorate of Education in Jordan, The results of the study revealed that the level of stressful life events among the sample was high, and that the level of social skills was middle. The study recommended that basic stage teachers should be given training courses in time management. (Published abstract)
