This study aimed at identifying the actual state of using educational technology in developing the skills of the talented students in Jeddah city from the point of view of the talented students' supervisors، school principals, and Mawhiba's teachers. The researcher used the descriptive method for describing and analyzing data. The tool of the study was a questionnaire. The study population consisted of three categories: supervisors of the talented students’ teachers، school principals، and the talented students’ teachers. The results of the study showed that the use of educational technology in developing the talented students’ skills was average. In addition the importance of using educational technology in developing the talented students’ skills from the participants’ point of view was very high. The level of difficulty of using educational technology in developing the talented students’ skills in Jeddah from the participants’ point of view was average. The study recommended that necessity of activating the use of educational technology in developing the talented students’ skills in Jeddah and finding solutions for the difficulties that hinder using educational technology in developing the talented students’ skills in Jeddah.
