This study aims to monitor the reality of organizational climate and determine the level of work pressure among faculty members in the colleges of the University of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman. And also determine the relationship between organizational climate and the work pressures with faculty members in colleges. Also, it will determine whether there are differences between the views of the members of the study towards the reality of the regulatory climate and the pressures of work according to (current job tasks, Degree, and the number of years of experience in the field of employment). Finally put proposal to raise job satisfaction and know how to deal with the pressures of work with faculty members at the University of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman. The researchers will use descriptive analytical method in order to describe the phenomenon also occur in contemporary reality, and then analyzing the aspects and detect causes. Questionnaire will also be used a tool for gathering information, which was built on the basis of what has been referenced from the literature and previous studies relevant to the subject of the study. The study consists of two parts: first Organizational climate and second work pressures. The application will be on a random sample (50%) of the original study population. And applied field study in the second semester 1434/1435 Also we will use statistical methods as following: frequencies, percentages, and averages, correlation coefficient alpha Cronbach for measuring the stability study tool, Pearson correlation coefficient to find a relationship between the organizational climate and the pressures of work, ANOVA Test to determine whether there were differences between the views of study sample about the organizational climate and the work pressures depending on the variables of the study: (current job tasks, Degree, number of years of experience in the field of employment).
