This research aimed at indentifying the extent achievement the learning resource centers for their objectives and obstacles of employing them from the viewpoint of school administrators and secretaries centers in secondary schools in Al Medina Al Munawwarah. The descriptive analytical method was used. The research population consisted of all school administrators and secretaries in secondary schools having learning resource centers within Education Directorate (42 schools).The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, was: distributed to a selected sample among the 27 administrators representing 60% of the total population, and 23 of the secretaries representing 55% of the total population. The data were analyzed using the SPSS, following the appropriate statistical methods. A number of findings were concluded, the most important are: The general average of the perceptions of school administrators and secretaries of the objectives of the learning resource centers field was medium degree of agreement; with the mean 3.47. The general average of the perceptions of school administrators and secretaries of tasks of learning resource centers field was medium degree of agreement; with the mean 3.13. There are obstacles to the work of the centers of high degree with the mean 3.86 from the perspective of school administrators and secretaries of learning resource centers. The researchers recommended the following: The necessity of raising the awareness of school administrators and and secretaries learning. resource centers about the significance and role of learning resource centers through the arranging qualifying courses. Raising teachers and students׳ awareness about the benefits that can be gained out of using learning resource centers through the organizing programs and field visits. Developing plan for the rehabilitation of those working in the learning resource centers at the university level and postgraduate studies. (Published abstract)
