This current study, entitled "Processes of knowledge management at Al Jouf University as perceived by academic and administrative leaders", is conducted aiming to achieve the following objectives: Identify the processes of knowledge management at Al Jouf University, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as perceived by its academic and administrative leaders? In this study, the researcher used the descriptive- analytical method through the study tool, which has been designed to include four themes to cover all aspects of the discussed subject. It is distributed among respondents of the study: all academic leaders (Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of the Department) and all administrative leaders (Managing Director, Head of the Department) at Al-Jouf University, during the second semester of the academic year 1433/1434 H. The study sample numbered seventy-five (75) academic leader and thirty (30) administrative leader. The study was applied to them, however, only forty (53.33٪) academic leaders, and thirteen (43.33٪) administrative leaders responded to it. The most important results of the study are ranked based on the highest arithmetic averages and percentages, as follows: Arithmetic averages (mean) of the degree of the application of knowledge management processes at Al-Jouf University from the viewpoint of academic leaders: The arithmetic average of knowledge generation area is (2.99).The arithmetic average of knowledge storage area is (2.96). The arithmetic average of knowledge distribution area is (2.71). The arithmetic average of knowledge application area is (2.54). Arithmetic averages of the degree of application of knowledge management processes at Al-Jouf University from the standpoint of administrative leaders: The arithmetic average of knowledge generation area is (3.12). The arithmetic average of knowledge application area is (2.96).The arithmetic average of knowledge distribution area is (2.78).The arithmetic average of knowledge storage area is (2.66).There is no statistically significant difference at (= 0.05) level between the estimates average of academic leaders and administrative leaders concerning the application of knowledge management processes at Al- Jouf University, that is due to the variable of college. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (= 0.05) between the average estimates of administrative leaders, concerning the application of knowledge management processes at Al- Jouf University.
