جاء البحث الحالی لإیجاد طریقة أواستراتیجیة تدعم عملیة التعلم المنظم ذاتیًا، لضمان أن تكون منظمة وموجهة وتساعد على عدم إهدار الوقت والجهد والبحث والتقصى عن مصادر المعلومات عبر شبكة الانترنت وتساعدهم فى الوصول الى المعلومات المرتبطة بموضوع بحثهم والتعامل معها بما یحقق التعلم المنظم ذاتیا. وتسهم الدراسة الحالیة فی تهیئة بیئات تعلیمیة لطلاب الدراسات العلیا تخصص تكنولوجیا التعلیم؛ لتساعدهم على البحث والاستكشاف ووضع إستراتجیة عبر الویب تمكنهم من إجراء عملیات البحث عن المعلومات المرتبطة بموضوعات تعلمهم, وتحسین مهارات التعلم المنظم ذاتیًا لدى الطلاب، وتساعدهم على الاستخدام الأمثل للإنترنت بصورة مقننة وموجهة من خلال ماتتیحة لهم من معلومات ,كما تمكن المعلمین فى تصمیم وتنفیذ إستراتجیة تقصى الویب للمقررات الدراسیة التى یقومون بتدریسها,إلى جانب توظیف الإمكانات التی أتاحتها تكنولوجیا الإتصالات ودمجها فی التعلیم لتجویده , والوصول إلی تعلم إیجابی متمیز، وتوجیه نظر المهتمین والقائمین على التعلیم الجامعی إلى أهمیة التعلم المتمركز حول المتعلم وجعله محور العملیة التعلیمیة من خلال إستراتجیة مهام الویب. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالیة إلى أن أنماط التوجیة المباشرة وغیر المباشرة معا تعزز 100% من استراتیجیات التعلم المنظم ذاتیا، وأن أنماط التوجیة المباشرة تعزز 85,7% من استراتیجیات التعلم المنظم ذاتیا، وذلك لأن أنماط التوجیة المباشر، وانماط التوجیة المباشر وغیر المباشر معا  بمهام الویب أتاحت للمتعلم فرصة التعمق وفهم الموضوعات مجال البحث بطریقة أشمل، لیصبح دوره رحالة مستكشفًا من خلال توجیهه نحو التعلم المنظم ذاتیاَ ومهارة البحث علی شبكة الإنترنت بشكل منتج، وتحمله لمسئولیة تعلمه، بالإضافة إلی تعزیز البحث عن المعلومات من خلال الإبحار عبر مواقع الإنترنت لتأخذ المتعلم مباشرة إلی المعلومات التی یحتاجها لإنجاز المهمة أو حل المشكلة بحیث تكون فی شكل نتاجات للتعلم یمكن أن تظهر فی صورة سلوك علمی حقیقی له. The current research for the study to find a way Oastratejah supports the learning process orderly self, to ensure that they are organized and directed and help not to waste time, effort and research and investigate the sources of information via the internet and help them to access information related to the subject of their research and deal with them in order to achieve Self-Regulated Learning. Contribute to the current study in creating learning environments for graduate students specialty education technology; to help them research and exploration and development strategy across the web to enable them to conduct searches for information related to topics of learning, and improving the skills of learning organized self among students, and help them to make optimal use of the Internet are regulated and directed during Mataatihh them the information, and enables teachers in the design and implementation of strategy, finding web curricula they teach , as well as employment potential offered by ICT integration in education to recite , and access to learning positive distinct, and draw the attention of those interested and those with tertiary education to the importance of learning learner - centered and make it the focus of the educational process through the functions of the web strategy. And found the results of the current study that the patterns Orientation direct and indirect together promotes 100% of the learning strategies orderly self , and that the patterns Orientation direct promotes 85.7 % of the learning strategies orderly self , because the patterns of direct guidance , and patterns Orientation direct and indirect functions of web enabled the learner the opportunity to deepen the understanding of the topics research a more comprehensive manner , to become role traveler exploring through directed towards learning organized and self- skill research on the internet productively , and bear the responsibility for learning , as well as to promote the search for information by sailing across the web to take the learner directly to the information needed to accomplish the task or solve the problem so that they are in the form of outcomes of learning can appear in the form of behavior science real to him.
