تهدف الدراسة الحالیة إلى التعرف على طبیعة العلاقة بین الإفصاح عن الذات والاغتراب النفسی لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانویة ، وتكونت عینة الدراسة من 400 طالباً وطالبة بالفرقة الأولى والثانیة من المرحلة الثانویة بمتوسط عمری (16,52) المقیدین بالمدارس الحكومیة بمدینة المنیا ، واستخدمت الدراسة مقیاس الإفصاح عن الذات من إعداد الباحثة ، ومقیاس الاغتراب النفسی من إعداد عادل عز الدین الأشول وآخرون ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : وجود علاقة ارتباطیة سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین أبعاد الإفصاح عن الذات والاغتراب النفسی لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانویة ، كما وجد فرق دال إحصائیاً بین متوسطی درجات الذكور والإناث على مقیاس الإفصاح عن الذات فی الاتجاه الإحصائی للإناث ، ولا یوجد فرق دال إحصائیاً بین متوسطی درجات أفراد العینة على مقیاس الإفصاح عن الذات تعزى لمتغیر التخصص (أدبی – علمی) كما وجد فرق دال إحصائیاً بین متوسطی درجات الذكور والإناث على تفضیلات الإفصاح عن الذات (الأب – الأم – الأصدقاء) ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإفصاح عن الذات یسهم فی التنبؤ بالاغتراب النفسی لدى عینة الدراسة. Self-disclosure as a predictor of the psychological alienation on a sample of the secondary stage students. The present study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between self-disclosure and the psychological alienation among the secondary stage students. The sample of the study consisted of 400 male and female students from the first and the second years of the secondary stage with an average age (16.52) registered in the public schools of Minia city. The study used the self-disclosure scale developed by the researcher and the psychological alienation scale developed by Adel Ezzedine El Ashwal and others. The study reached many results. It showed the existence of a negative connecting relationship of a statistical indication between the dimensions of self-disclosure and psychological alienation among the secondary stage students, and the existence of a variance of a statistical indication between the average degrees of the male and female on the self-disclosure scale in the statistical direction of the female. It also showed the non-existence of a variance of a statistical indication between the average degrees of the sample on the self-disclosure scale because of the specialization’s variable (literary or scientific). This study also showed the existence of a variance of a statistical indication among the average degrees of the males and the females on the preferences of self-disclosure (father – mother–friends).The study has finally proved that self-disclosure participates in the prediction of psychological alienation in the sample of the study.
