سعی هذا البحث للتعرف علی مهارات تصمیم وإنتاج برامج الوسائط المتعددة الإلكترونیة لدی طلاب الدراسات العلیا ,والكشف عن أثر اختلاف أنماط الإبحار لبرامج التعلم النقال . ولتحقیق ذلك قام الباحثان  بتقسیم عینة الدراسة التي تكونت من (60) طالباً إلی مجموعتین تجریبیتین  :المجموعة التجریبیة الاول تكونت من (30)  طالباًدرست بنمط الإبحار القائمة , و المجموعة التجریبیة الثانیة تكونت من (30)  طالباًدرست بنمط الإبحار شبه الخطي, وذلك من أجل تنمیة الجوانب المعرفیة ,والأدائیة بشقیها لدی طلاب الدبلوم المهنی تكنولوجیا التعلیم بكلیة التربیة, وذلك لوجود ضعف وقصور لدی الطلاب فی هذه المهارات , وقام الباحثان باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات : اختبار تحصیلی وذلك من أجل قیاس الجوانب المعرفیة لتلك المهارات, وبطاقة الملاحظة لقیاس الجوانب الأدائیة , وأیضا بطاقة تقییم جودة المنتج التی ینتجها الطلاب عینة البحث, وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین المجموعتین التجریبیتین ( نمط إبحار القائمة ، نمط الإبحار شبه الخطي ) في التحصیل المعرفي ،والجانب الأدائي لمهارات تصمیم, وإنتاج مهارات الوسائط المتعددة الإلكترونیة لصالح نمط إبحار القائمة لكونه , وفر الوقت ویسر التعلم للطلاب, وسهل الوصول للمعلومات ,والخطوات السلوكیة للمهارات ,وجعل المتعلم في یقظة دائمة لجمیع متغیرات التعلم ,وبذلك تختلف الدراسة الحالیة عن الدراسات السابقة حیث توصلت البحوث السابقة الي فاعلیة التعلم النقال ولكن لم تتعرض هذه الدراسات  الي انماط الابحار في التعلم النقال ومنها (نمط إبحار القائمة او نمط الإبحار شبه الخطي) الذي یشمل طریقه عرض المعلومة وتسلسل تناولها. This research aimed at identifying the skills of designing and producing electronic multimedia programs and revealing the impact of different Navigation patterns for mobile learning programs on the development of the skills of designing and producing electronic multimedia programs among graduate students at the Faculty of Education. To achieve this objective the two researcher divided the study sample which consisted of (60) students randomly and equally into two experimental groups: The first experimental group which consisted of (30)students searched by menu navigation, the second experimental group which consisted of (30)students searched by using linear navigation to develop cognitive and performance aspects among professional diploma students department of education technology at the faculty of education because they have deficiencies and weaknesses in these skills. The two researcher used a range of tools such as the achievement test to measure the cognitive achievement of these skills, observation sheet to measure the performance of these skills and also another sheet to assess the performance of the students. The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences between the two groups in favor of the first group which searched by menu navigation in cognitive achievement and performance in the skills of designing and producing electronic multimedia programs attributable to the teaching mode and in favor of using menu navigation pattern . Besides, the subjects of the first experimental group reached the mastery level in both the cognitive domain and performance. Because it save time, make learning and access to information easy and make the learners in constant vigilance for all variables of learning and thus the current study vary from previous studies because the previous studies researched the effectiveness of mobile learning but not exposed these studies to the two navigation patterns which includes the presentation and sequence of information.
