The present study aimed to identify the relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological well- being among sample from adolescences and adults in Kink Khalid University. The sample consisted of (180) males students, the rate of (97) adolescence, mean age was 17.19 years, (DS,3,11). And (83) adult. Mean age was 26.91 years, (DS,2,99). To answer on the study questions, researcher used: spiritual intelligence scale (SIS), and oxford happiness inventory (OHI), after confirmation of these validity and reliability. 1) there is statistically significant relationship (0.01) between spiritual intelligence and psychological well- being among adolescences and adults. 2) There are statistically significant differences (0.05_0.01) between adolescences and adults on the total score of spiritual intelligence and subdimensions: self-transcendence, the meaning of life, meditation in the nature and the universe, and perception of suffering as an opportunity. These differences in favor of adults. And there are no statistically significant differences between them on spiritual practice. 3) There is impact to the type of learning in the overall degree of spiritual intelligence, and its dimensions: self-transcendence, and recognize the meaning of life, and meditation in the universe and nature, and these differences in favor of those with religious learning, humane learning, compared with a scientific learning. 4) It is predictable psychological well- being through dimensions of intelligence spiritual and came after a "spiritual practice" as the strongest dimensions of importance in predicting psychological well-being.
