Electronic Management Reform- Requirements at Taif University from Faculty and Staff Members' Perspectives. The present study aims at identifying the requirements needed for reforming the electronic management at Taif University from the perspectives of Faculty and staff members. The researchers utilized the descriptive method through developing two questionnaires that were submitted to a sample of subjects that reached 240 members. Results of the study showed that the subjects have increased their awareness in their belief of the importance of developing electronic management system at Taif university as the weight proportion ranged from (238,33-297.08). Results have, also, shown that there were differences among subjects in their perspectives of the status –co of the application of the electronic management At Taif University. Finally, the present study has pointed out some significant recommendations and suggestions that can be of much benefit to all stakeholders at the university sectors in developing Electronic Management.
