Effectiveness of the proposal program which is based on the Rflect Strategy in developing self – Efficacy and some scientific Concept for post literacy learners who wanted join to prep- School. Study aimed to find out the Effectiveness of the proposal program which is based on the Reflect Strategy in developing self – Efficacy , and some scientific concept for post literacy learners who wanted join to prep- school furthermore to know the nature of the relationship between Self – Efficacy and Achievement some Scientific Concept. The study sample was selected from literacy learners at Cairo, the total number of experimental group is (19), and the total number of controlling group is (16).This study focuses on only four dimensions of Self-Efficacy: Perseverance - curiosity - enjoy learning – ambition. This study includes four skills of achievement scientific concepts: knowledge – comprehension- Application - high levels), the study followed experimental design. The findings showed the effectiveness of the program in the development of scientific concept, Self-efficacy learners, and the existence of a positive relationship between scientific concepts, Self- Efficacy. The study recommended that a Rflect Strategy should be included in adult education programs, and Make more attention to help learners for Achieve basic scientific concepts even help them to continue learn science at preschool.
