The research aims to identify the effectiveness of educational activities educational bag in the development of cognitive skills for kindergarten children with learning disabilities in the light of the theory of PASS, which was in the planning, attention, Successive, and Simultaneity. The study sample consisted of 20 children from kindergarten children in age range (5- 6 years) were divided evenly into two groups: experimental and control. The Bag was developed in light of the teaching of the four cognitive skills and skillfully ten activities and thus become a total number of forty active activities. The results of the study: There are statistically significant differences between scores ranks mean experimental and control groups for experimental group on the dimensions of cognitive assessment system. There are statistically significant differences between scores ranks mean experimental group in post-pre for post measure on the dimensions of cognitive assessment system. There are no statistically significant differences between scores ranks mean of experimental group in post-follow up in dimensions of cognitive assessment system. (Published abstract)
