This study aimed at exploring the possibility of predicating habits of mind with emotional intelligence and decision making among Two hundred sixty-five students through the varying colleges of Dammam University in the Arab Saudi Kingdom. The researcher administrated three scales of habits of mind, emotional intelligence and decision making. By analyzing data using means, standard deviations, " t" value, size effect " z value ", the results revealed that there were positive relationships between emotional intelligence and all aspects of habits of mind (except collecting data using senses- Continuous learning). Also, it's revealed that emotional intelligence contributed significantly in predicating habits of mind (except surprising response and reciprocal thinking). In addition, there were positive significant relationships between decision making and all aspects of habits of mind (except persistence, collecting data using senses, Continuous learning, and finding humor).
