The present study aimed at evaluating the teaching performance of Taif Faculty members in lights of Student- Centered Teaching Skills and their requirements. It attempts to answer the following questions: 1) To what extent do Taif, Faculty members practice Student-Centered Teaching skills? 2) what is the attitude of Taif, Faculty members towards Student-Centered Teaching skills? 3) What are the requirements of Student- Centered Teaching Skills from the perspectives of Taif Faculty Members. To answer the previous questions, the researchers prepared a questionnaire to collect the needed data. Then they analyzed the data, and used the appropriate statistical. Reached the following results: 1) The practice of faculty members for most of Student Centered Teaching skills was low except for a strategy discussion and practical application. 2) The attitude of Taif, Faculty members towards Student-Centered Teaching skills were positive and they have a desire to learn. 3) There are no set requirements must be met, including the provision of rooms equipped and suitable for the number of students and to support and encourage the presence of the university administration and the participation of faculty seminars, courses and conferences in the teaching specialty. The researchers is recommended the need to establish a center for the development of teaching performance of faculty members, to solving problems in teaching practices, as well as the establishment of integrated training programs in the university teaching strategies in collaboration with experts of Curriculum and teaching methods at the university, according to the various disciplines.
