هدفت ورقة العمل الحالية إلى إلقاء الضوء على مشكلة انتشرت على نطاق واسع في مدارسنا في الآونة الأخيرة، وهي التنمر المدرسي الموجه ضد الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين تم دمجهم في المدارس العادية من قِبل أقرانهم من الطلاب العاديين، وستتناول عرض المفاهيم الأساسية للتنمر المدرسي ودمج الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأهم الدراسات العربية والأجنبية التي تؤكد هذه الظاهرة في مدارسنا، والتعرف على أهم الأضرار النفسية والاجتماعية والأكاديمية الناتجة عن التنمر المدرسي ضد الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين تم دمجهم في المدارس النظامية العادية حسب نتائج الدراسات في هذا المجال، ثم محاولة الكشف عن الأسباب التي أدت إلى هذه الظاهرة وتقديم بعض المقترحات للجهات والأفراد المعنيين بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة سواء في الأسرة أو المجتمع أو المدرسة، واختتام ورقة العمل باقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في القضاء على ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي ضد الطلاب العاديين وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين يتم دمجهم في المدارس العادية. Presenting the present working paper aims to shed light on a problem that has become widespread in our schools in recent times, which is school bullying directed against students with special needs who are integrated into regular schools by their peers from ordinary students, and will address the presentation of the basic concepts of school bullying, inclusion and students with disabilities Special needs and the most important Arab and foreign studies that confirm this phenomenon in our schools, and to identify the most important psychological, social and academic harms resulting from school bullying against students with special needs who are integrated into regular schools according to the results of studies in this field, then try to uncover the reasons that lead to this phenomenon And to present some proposals to the authorities and individuals concerned with people with special needs, whether in the family, community or school, and the conclusion of the working paper by proposing a set of recommendations that can contribute to eliminating the phenomenon of school bullying against ordinary students and students with special needs who are integrated into regular schools.
