هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة برامج التربية الخاصة بسلطنة عمان في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، بتطبيق استبانة مكونة من أربعة مجالات تمثل العمليات الإدارية الأساسية وهي: (التخطيط، والتنظيم، والتمويل، والتقويم) على عينة من مديري ومشرفي برامج التربية الخاصة، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى إدارة برامج التربية الخاصة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في عملياتها الأربعة مرتبة تنازليا كالتالي: (التنظيم، فالتخطيط، فالتقويم، وأخيرًا التمويل)، وخلُصت الدراسة بتوصيات من أجل تطوير إدارة برامج التربية الخاصة بوزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان وفق متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. The study aimed to identify the reality of the administration of special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman according to the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution. It used the descriptive approach, by applying a questionnaire consisting of four areas that represent the basic administrative processes: (planning, organizing, financing, and evaluation) on a sample of managers and supervisors of special education programs. The study showed that the administration of special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman came with an average level in its four fields, ranked in descending order as follows: (organization, planning, evaluation, and financing). The study concluded, recommendations for improving the management of special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman in accordance with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
