هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لمهارات العلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظرهم، وأثر كل من متغيرات: الجنس، والخبرة، والسن، والمؤهل العلمي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك مهارات العلاقات الإنسانية لأساتذة التعليم المتوسط كانت متوسطة. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك أساتذة المتوسط لمهارات العلاقات الإنسانية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، الخبرة، السن، والمؤهل العلمي. This study aimed at recognizing the extent to ownership teachers of intermediate education of human relations skills by from their point views and the impact of the variables of gender, experience, age, and educational qualification. The results of the study revealed that the extent to ownership teachers of intermediate education of human relations skills by from their point views had moderate .Finally, Moreover, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α= 0.05) in the extent to ownership teachers of intermediate education of human relations skills attributed to the variables: gender, experience, age, and educational qualification.
