This study was aimed to know the degree of availability of the requirements of strategic planning recruitment in the development of educational supervision of the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen , and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the tool was represented in a questionnaire of (55) terms divided into four areas. Distributed to a intended stratified sample; It included all the original community of the study, whose number is (159) and (41%) of the actual community are supervisors in the educational supervision and curricula sector in the Ministry of Education and workers in the educational supervision department in the Office of Education and educational supervisors in educational areas in the capital of Sana'a for the school in the year (2019-2020). The study concluded that the degree of availability of requirements for employing strategic planning in developing supervision in the Republic of Yemen. I obtained a total average (2.81 out of 5), i.e. with a degree of availability (medium) and at the field level. The field of the educational supervisor possessing strategic planning skills obtained the highest average (3.59) with a degree of (great) availability, followed by a field: a clear and appropriate organizational structure for educational supervision, with an average (3.26) and the degree of availability (medium), and a third solution: the presence of educational management believes in strategic planning, with an average of (2.42), and finally, a field: potentials and facilities required, with an average of (1.95), both of which are of availability (few). The results also revealed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the sample's views on the degree of availability of strategic planning employment requirements in the development of educational supervision due to the variable (gender) in favor of the category (male), and according to the variable (years of experience); For the benefit of a group of their experience (between 10-15 years). Based on the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals. To provide appropriate financial support for educational supervision with the need for higher management to adopt strategic planning as a methodology in developing educational supervision, and to restructure the supervision sector, with legislation that includes the involvement of all workers and actors in strategic planning for educational supervision and in the implementation and follow-up, and the recruitment of advertising and media in educational strategic plans, and encouraging the creation of institutions .To approve and ensure the quality of educational supervision and evaluation institutions in accordance with international standards, and to create a database and information for the educational supervision sector.
