هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء مقرر مهارات الإتصال إلكترونياً على نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني البلاك بورد وفق معايير جودة التعلم الإلكتروني لمؤسسة (كالتي ماترز)، والتعرف على أثره في التحصيل الدراسي والاتجاه نحو المقرر الإلكتروني. وقد قام الباحث بترجمة معايير كالتي ماترز للمقررات الإلكترونية بالمرحلة الجامعية، وبناء المقرر الإلكتروني وفق المؤشرات المتضمنة بها والمعتمدة من جامعة القصيم، وبناء اختبار تحصيلي ومقياس في الاتجاه نحو المقرر والتأكد من صلاحيتهما للتطبيق، وقام الباحث باختيار عينة من طلاب كلية الشريعة بلغت (77) طالباً مقسمين على شعبتين تم التطبيق على إحداهما كتجريبية عددها (37) طالباً درست المقرر الإلكتروني والأخرى ضابطة عددها (40) طالباً درست المقرر بالطريقة الاعتيادية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فاعلية مقرر مهارات الإتصال الإلكتروني في تنمية التحصيل والإتجاه الإيجابي نحو المقرر، وأوصت بضرورة تصميم جميع مقررات كلية الشريعة إلكترونيا لما للمقررات من أثر إيجابي على التحصيل والاتجاه نحو المقررات. The current study aims at building communication skills course electronically using the e-learning management system Blackboard in accordance to e-learning quality standards by the foundation (Quality Matters). It also aims at identifying the impact on academic achievement and the trend toward electronic course. The researcher has translated the standards of quality matters for online courses to undergraduate and building electronic course according to the indicators included and approved by Qassim University. The researcher has built an academic achievement test and a measurement test for the trend toward the course, and secured and verified their validity. The researcher has selected 77 students from the Faculty of Shari’ah as the sample of the study. Then the students have been distributed into a treatment group of (37) students and have been taught via the e-learning course whereas a control group of (40) students have been taught via regular method. The findings of the study indicate that the academic achievement has increased via the e-learning method, and students have positive attitudes toward the e-learning course. The study recommends that all course at the Faculty of Shari’ah should be taught as e-learning courses due to their positive impact on students’ achievement and attitudes toward the courses.
