تناولت الدراسة الحالية دور السيكودراما في تنمية الكفاءات التربوية. ففي هذا العالم الشديد التغير، ينبغي أن تسهم المدرسة عملية بناء أجيال المستقبل قادرين على الاندماج في مجتمع القرن 21 الذي صار مجتمعا واحدا بفعل انتشار وسائل التواصل التي أصبحت متاحة للجميع. وهذا ما أدى لتغيير في البنيات النفسية، والاتجاهات الاجتماعية والقيمية لدى الأفراد. وهذا التغير يكشف ضعف وهزالة التكوين النفسي للمتعلم، والتي تظهر من خلال سهولة انقياده، وتغير مواقفه، والتأثير على قناعاته، وتبديل اتجاهاته. ومن بين الحلول العملية لعلاج تلك الاختلالات، نجد السيكودراما التربوية كمقاربة تطبيقية في العلاج النفسي الجماعي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات المجال التربوي؛ وهو ما غاب على السيكودراما الكلاسيكية، حيث عملت على تطوير هذه الأخيرة مستفيدة من التقدم السريع والهائل للعلوم المعرفية. وتهدف عموما إلى بناء المواطن الصالح الذي يمتلك، إضافة إلى الكفايات المعرفية، بالكفايات الاستراتيجية، والمهارات اللغوية، والحسية الحركية، والاجتماعية، وهذا يمكنه من اكتساب مناعة نفسية ومعرفية تجعله يخوض غمار الحياة بكل ثقة وفعالية. The present study examined the role of psychodrama in the development of educational competencies. In this highly complex, the school should participate to the process of building future generations, who are able to integrate in the society of the 21 century; which became almost one community due to the proliferation of social media that are available for all, which lead to a great changes in psychic structures, in addition to shifts in social and value trends in individuals. This change reveals weaknesses in the psychological formation of the learner, which appear through the ease of his obedience, the variation in his attitudes. Among the practical solutions to remedy these imbalances is educational psychodrama which is an applied approach to group psychotherapy, that takes in consideration the specificities of the educational field that differs from the classical psychodrama in taking advantage of the great progress of cognitive science. Generally, educational psychodrama aims to build a good citizen who possesses, in addition to cognitive competencies, strategic competencies, and linguistic, sensorimotor and social skills; and that permits him to acquire psychological immunity that enables him living with confidence and efficiency.
