The study aimed to identify the level of applying the dimensions of sustainable leadership by female Governmental secondary school leaders in north Riyadh city through the following dimensions (conserves, distributed leadership, deep learning and consolidates) from teachers' perspective. The study also aimed to identify the statistical differences of the level of applying the dimensions of sustainable leadership by female secondary school leaders in north Riyadh city in the light of the study variables, level of education (bachelor degree - postgraduate studies), years of working (less than five years, from five to ten years, more than ten years), training programs in the field of leadership (less than five training programs, from five to ten training programs, more than ten training programs). It also aimed to identify the ways of improvement from teachers' perspective. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was applied. The questionnaire was used as a study tool to collect data. In addition, the questionnaire was sent to all study members that is composed of (878) female secondary school teachers in north Riyadh city, but number of (291) questionnaires were received to be valid for statistical analysis. The major findings of the study were: The level of applying the overall dimensions of sustainable leadership by female secondary school leaders in north Riyadh city was average, then the dimension of distributed leadership ranked first, followed by the dimension of deep learning. While the dimension of conserves ranked third, and the dimension of consolidates was the least applied by female leaders of secondary schools in north Riyadh city. There were statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study members in the light of level of education variable in favor of those with bachelor degree level. In addition, there were differences in the light of years of working variable in favor of those who have experience less than five years. As well as there were differences in the light of number of training programs variable in the field of leadership in favor of those who attend less than 5 training programs. The results also found that the most important ways to improve applying the dimensions of sustainable leadership from their perspective is distributing prizes for the most merit projects in schools for community service. Paying attention to material incentives for students and teachers. The importance of linking the content of study results and students' life to apply the dimensions of sustainable leadership, which leads to develop students' skills of continuous learning.
