سعت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات نجاح التحسين المستمر بمنهجية جيمبا كايزن في كليات جامعة المجمعة والتعرف على أبرز معيقات نجاح تطبيقها من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بتلك الكليات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد أعد الباحث استبانة أجاب عليها (54) قائدا أكاديميا من مجتمع الدراسة (عمداء الكليات ووكلائهم ورؤساء الأقسام) البالغ عددهم (61) قائدا أكاديميا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن متطلبات نجاح التحسين المستمر بمنهجية جيمبا كايزن من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة متوفرة بدرجة كبيرة في كليات جامعة المجمعة في الجوانب التالية: إيجاد مناخ تنظيمي، تشجيع المبادرات والأفكار الإبداعية، الاعتماد على القيادة الميدانية، دعم الإدارة العليا، مشاركة جميع العاملين، وتوفير نظام اتصالات فعال، بينما كان توافر المقومات بدرجة متوسطة في مجالي ثقافة التحسين والتأهيل والتدريب، مما يشير إلى أهمية العناية بنشر ثقافة التحسين المستمر بالكايزن بين جميع منسوبي الكليات وتدريبهم على استراتيجيات وأدوات الكايزن، لاستكمال مقومات نجاح التحسين المستمر بمنهجية الجيمبا كايزن في كليات الجامعة، وبينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في إمكانية نجاح تطبيق الجيمبا كايزن بين الكليات النظرية والكليات التطبيقية. The study sought to determine the availability of the requirements of the success of the continuous improvement of the Gimba Kaizen methodology in the colleges of the University of Majma'a and to identify the main obstacles to its success from the viewpoint of the academic leaders of these colleges. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher prepared a questionnaire which was answered by 54 academic leaders from society The study found that the requirements for the success of the continuous improvement of the Gimba Kaizen methodology from the point of view of the study members are widely available in the colleges of the University of Majma'a in the following aspects: Creating an organizational climate, encouraging Initiatives and creative ideas, reliance on field leadership, support of senior management, participation of all staff, provision of an effective communication system, while the availability of intermediate components in the culture of improvement, rehabilitation and training, which indicates the importance of fostering the culture of continuous improvement of the balance among all faculty staff and training On the strategies and tools of Kaizen, to complete the elements of the success of the continuous improvement of the methodology of Gemba Kaizen in the faculties of the University, and the study showed no significant differences at the level (0.05) and less in the possibility of successful application of Gemba Kaizen betweentheoretical colleges and Applied Leat.
