هدف البحث التعرف على أثر استراتيجي (5W’s & 1H) في اكتساب المفاهيم التاريخية وتنمية التفكير الجانبي لدى طلاب الصف الرابع الأدبي، استخدم الباحث تصميم المجموعتين ذات الإختبار البعدي، اتبع الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي، اختيرت الشعبة (ب) لتمثل طلاب المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس وفقاً لاستراتيجية (5W’s & 1H) ومثلت الشعبة (أ) طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة التقليدية، بلغ عدد الطلاب (62) طالب بواقع (31) طالب لكل شعبة. تم مكافئة المجموعتين في المتغيرات: العمر الزمني، والذكاء والتفكير الجانبي. أعد الباحث اختبار اكتساب المفاهيم التاريخية واختبار التفكير الجانبي، وجرى التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها. استخدم الباحث، الإختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين متساويتين بالعدد، (T-Test) للمعالجة الإحصائية. وكشفت نتائج البحث عن تفوق المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفقاً لاستراتيجية (5W’s & 1H) في اكتساب المفاهيم التاريخية وتنمية التفكير الجانبي. The purpose of the research was to identify the effect of the (5 W's & 1H) strategy on the acquisition of Historical concepts and Lateral thinking among students of Fourth Literary. The researcher used the design of the two sets of post-test. Researcher chose Division (b) to represent the experimental group taught according the (5 W's & 1H) strategy, and represented the Division (a) control group taught the traditional way the number of students (62) and student by student (31) students in each division. The Equivalent the two groups of variables: intelligence, the age, Lateral thinking. The researcher prepared the 2 test first of the acquisition of Historical concepts and the second Lateral thinking, and verified its validity and stability, used T-test for two independent samples (T-test) for statistical processing, and the results of the search for the superiority of the experimental group, which was studied according to the (5 W's & 1H) strategy acquisition of Historical concepts and the Lateral thinking.
