هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى فاعلية الإدارة الصفية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر مديريهم، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر المتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة) في تقديرات المديرين لمستوى فاعلية الإدارة الصفية لدى المعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (243) مديرًا ومديرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستبانة تكونت من (32) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية الإدارة الصفية لدى المعلمين جاء (مرتفعًا). ولم تظهر نتائج الدراسة أثرًا للمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) في تقديرات المديرين لمستوى فاعلية الإدارة الصفية لدى المعلمين. This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of classroom management level among basic stage teachers in Irbid governorate schools as perceived by their principals, and to investigate the impact of the variables (gender, qualification, and the years of experience) in principals’ estimations of the effectiveness of classroom management among basic stage teachers in Irbid governorate schools. The sample of the study consisted of (243) principals. The descriptive analytical methodology and a questionnaire consisted of (32) items were used. The results showed that the effectiveness of classroom management level among teachers was (high). In addition, it showed that there were no effect for all variables (gender, qualification, and the years of experience) in principals’ estimations for the effectiveness of classroom management level among teachers.
