هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك المرشدين التربويين لمهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مدارس محافظة الكرك، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) مرشدا و(63) مرشدة، تم تطوير مقياسين، هما مقياس تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتكونت إبعاده من (العناصر المادية، القوى البشرية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة) أما مقياس التنمية المهنية فقد تكونت أبعادة من (الأداء المهني، الاستقلالية، التواصل، إدارة البرامج الإرشادية وتنفيذها). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بان المتوسطات الحسابية لمجالات لمدى استخدام المرشدين التربويين لتطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بان المتوسطات الحسابية لمجالات مستوى التنمية المهنية في عملية الإرشاد التربوي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ضعيفة بين مجالات المتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) ومجالات المتغير التابع (الكفاءة المهنية)، وفسر المتغير المستقل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات) ما نسبته (12.8%) من التباين الكلي في مستوى الكفاءة المهنية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تفعيل ودعم استخدام المرشدين التربويين لتطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتزويد المؤسسات التربوية بأدوات الربط الالكتروني ووسائل الاتصالات ورفع مستوى التجهيزات الالكترونية وإثراء البرامج التدريبية المرشدين التربويين حول مفاهيم واليات وأدوات ووسائل تكنولوجيات المعلومات وتطبيقاتها. The study aimed at identifying the extent to which the educational supervisors of the IT skills in the schools of Karak governorate, and the sample of the study consisted of (129) respondents. Two measures were developed, namely the IT scale, which consisted of (material elements, manpower, reliability, the scale of professional development has evolved from (professional performance, independence, communication, management and implementation of outreach programs) the results of the study showed that the mathematical averages for the extent of the use of educational guides for it applications were medium. The results of the study showed that the mathematical averages of the professional development levels in the educational guidance process were high. The results of the study showed a relationship between information technology and professional development. The study recommended the importance of activating and supporting the use of educational guides for information technology applications, providing educational institutions with electronic communication tools and means of communication, upgrading electronic equipment and enriching training programs, educational guides on the concepts, mechanisms, tools and means of information technologies and their applications.
