هدف البحث الحالي إلىالكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الذكاء الروحي لدىطلبة الجامعة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (28) طالبا وطالبة (14) ذكور وعدد (14) من الإناث، طبق عليهم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة ذات القياس القبلي والبعدي، وكانت أدوات البحث المستخدمة عبارة عن: مقياس الذكاء الروحي، وبرنامج البحث، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت النتائج إلي: فاعلية برنامج البحث في تنمية جميع أبعاد الذكاء الروحي (الشعور - النعمة - المعني - السمو - الحقيقة ) بشكل مؤثر وواضح حيث كان حجم التأثير كبيرا، وتوصلت النتائج أيضاً إلىعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في القياس البعدي ومابعد المتابعة في جميع أبعاد الذكاء الروحي (الشعور - النعمة - المعني - السمو - الحقيقة )، كذلك أظهرت النتائج تفوق الإناث على الذكور في بعدي (الشعور- النعمة) وعدم وجود فروق بينهم في باقي الأبعاد. This paper aimed to examine the effectiveness of a consultant instructional program to develop spiritual intelligence among university students. The sample of the study consisted of (28) students; (14) males and (14) females. One group semi-experimental methodof measurement was pre and post conducted. The study makes use of the following tools: spiritual intelligence scale. The program proved to be effective in developing all the dimensions of spiritual intelligence (Consciousness - grace - Meaning - Transcendence - the truth) with great effect. Thestatisticalresults andfindings show no statistical difference inpost administration of the spiritual intelligence scale. Results also showed the prevalence of female over males in dimensions of (Consciousness - Grace) and showed no differences in other dimensions. (Published abstract)
