یهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة فاعلیة وحدة دراسیة مقترحة فی الاقتصاد المنزلي قائمة علی ابعاد التربیة القیادیة لتنمیة مهارات قیادة التغییر وجودة الحیاة لطالبات المرحلة الاعدادیة، تکونت عینة البحث من (۳0) طالبة بالمجموعة التجریبیة واستخدم البحث المنهج شبة التجریبي باستخدام المجموعة الواحدة واستخدام القیاس القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث الذات المجموعة حیث اشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار مواقف مهارات قیادة التغییر وتتضمن محورین: هما محور مهارات قیادة التغییر علی المستوی الشخصي تمثل فی مهارة (ادارة التغییر الشخصي - حل المشکلات واتخاذ القرارات)، ومحور قیادة التغییر علی المستوی الاجتماعي تمثل فی مهارة (العمل کفریق- ادارة الصراع والتفاوض)، و مقیاس جودة الحیاة، کما تم التأکد من صدق وثبات الادوات قبل التطبیق، وأوضحت نتائج البحث ما یلي: وجود فرق دال احصائیا بین متوسط درجات طالبات عینة البحث فی التطبیق القبلي والبعدي لمقیاس مهارات قیادة التغییر لصالح التطبیق البعدي، کما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثیر کبیر فی تنمیة مهارات قیادة التغییر لدى طالبات عینة البحث، ووجود فرق دال احصائیا بین متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجریبیة فی التطبیق القبلي والبعدي لمقیاس جودة الحیاة لصالح التطبیق البعدي، کما أوضحت النتائج وجود حجم تأثیر کبیر فی تحسین جودة الحیاة لدى طالبات عینة البحث. ووجود علاقة ارتباطیه طردیة موجبة ودالة إحصائیا عند مستوى دلاله (0.01) بین تنمیة مهارات قیادة التغییر وتحسین جودة الحیاة لدى طالبات عینة البحث، وفی ضوء ما کشفت عنه نتائج البحث تم وضع عدد من التوصیات اهمها، اثراء محتوی مقررات الاقتصاد المنزلي بالمفاهیم والمعارف والمعلومات المرتبطة بالتربیة القیادیة، وتطویر محتوی مقررات الاقتصاد المنزلي بما یسمح بتنمیة مهارات قیادة التغییر فی جمیع المجالات. The present research aims to study the effectiveness of a proposed unit in the home economy based on the dimensions of leadership education to develop the change leadership skills and quality of life for the students of the preparatory stage. The sample consisted of 30 students in the experimental group. The research uses semi-experimental method using one group and the use of the pre and post measurement of research instruments included the testing of the attitudes of the change leadership skills and includes two axes: the focus of addressing the change leadership skill at the personal level was the skill (personal change management - problem solving and decision making) the focus of dealing with the leadership of change at the social level was the skill of (work as a team - conflict management and negotiation) and the quality of life standard, and the validity and stability of the tools before application. The results of the research were as follows: there was a statistically significant difference between the average score of the students of the research sample in the pre and post application of the change leadership skills scale for the post-application. The results also showed a significant effect on the development of the leadership skills of the students in the research sample, the results of the experimental group in the pre application and the quality of life for the application of the dimension, and the results showed a significant impact on the quality of life of the students of the research sample. There is of a positive correlation relationship and statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the development of change leadership skills and improving the quality of life among the students of the research sample. In light of the findings of the research, a number of recommendations were made, the most important of which was the enrichment of the contents of the home economics courses with concepts, knowledge and information related to leadership education, and the development of the contents of home economics courses to allow the development of change leadership skills in all fields.
