هدفت الدراسة الحالیة إلى تحدید طبیعة العلاقة بین الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة (المعارف والمعلومات – الاتجاهات – الممارسات) وبین قیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة (الانتماء الأسري – الانتماء الوطني – الالتزام بالحقوق والواجبات الوطنية – المسئولیة الاجتماعیة)، وبین بعض متغیرات المستوى الاجتماعی الاقتصادی للأسرة (السن، عدد أفراد الأسرة، المستوى التعلیمي لرب الأسرة، المستوى التعلیمي لربة الأسرة، فئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة)، دراسة الفروق بین الطلاب (أبناء الریف والحضر، الذكور والإناث، طلاب التخصصات العملیة والنظریة) في كل من الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة، وقیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة لدى عینة من طلاب الجامعة، وكذلك تحدید طبیعة التباین بین الطلاب في كل من الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة، وقیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة وفقا لسن الطالب، وفئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة. واتبعت الدراسة الحالیة المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي، حیث تم إعداد وتقنین استبیان عن الوعي بإدارة الموارد، واستبیان عن قیم الانتماء والمواطنة، وتم تطبیق الاستبیان على عینة من طلاب جامعة بنها تم اختیارها بطریقة صدفية غرضیة مكونة من 540 طالب وطالبة من ریف وحضر محافظة القلیوبیة ومن مستویات اجتماعیة واقتصادیة مختلفة. وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطیة موجبة عند مستوى دلالة 0,01 بین الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة، وقیم الانتماء والمواطنة لدى طلاب الجامعة عینة الدراسة بأبعادها الأربعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین طلاب الریف وطلاب الحضر في الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة بینما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین طلاب الریف وطلاب الحضر لصالح طلاب الریف في قیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین الذكور والإناث في الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة، في حین توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین الذكور والإناث لصالح الإناث في قیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین طلاب التخصصات العملیة والنظریة في الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة، بینما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین طلاب التخصصات العملیة والنظریة لصالح طلاب التخصصات العملیة في استبیان قیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعاده الأربعة، كما أنه یوجد تباین دال إحصائیا بین الطلاب في كل من الوعي بإدارة الموارد بمحاوره الثلاثة وقیم الانتماء والمواطنة بأبعادها الأربعة وفقا للسن، في حین لا یوجد تباین وفقا لفئات الدخل الشهري للأسرة. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصیات كان من أهمها استثمار البرامج الناجحة لتوعیة الشباب ونشر المفاهیم الإیجابیة الخاصة بالكیفية الصحیحة لإدارة الموارد، وكذلك دعوة الشباب للاستفادة من الخدمات المجتمعیة والتسهیلات التی یقدمها المجتمع لهم ولكافة أفراد الأسرة مع المحافظة على ممتلكات المجتمع، وضرورة تركیز وسائل الإعلام بكافة أنواعها على توعیة فئات المجتمع وبخاصة الشباب بالأسباب التي تضعف وتهدد قیم الانتماء والمواطنة في ظل متغیرات العصر، وكذلك تحذیر الشباب من اتباع الأفكار والسلوكیات المنحرفة وتشجیعهم على العمل المثمر والجاد للمساهمة في بناء وتقدم المجتمع. The present study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between awareness of resources management in its three axes (knowledge and information - trends - practices) and the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions (family affiliation - national affiliation - commitment to national rights and duties - social responsibility), and between some variables of the socio-economic level of the family (age, number of family members, educational level of the head of household, educational level of the head of the family, categories of monthly income of the family), and study of differences between students (rural and urban children, males and females, practical and theoretical disciplines students) in both the awareness of resources management with its three axes, and the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions , in addition to determining the nature of the variance among the students in both the awareness of resources management with its three axes ,and the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions according to the age of the student, and the categories of the monthly income of the family .the current study followed the descriptive analytical approach .where a questionnaire on resource management awareness and a questionnaire on the values of belonging and citizenship were prepared and codified. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of Benha University students who were selected objectively by chance consisting of 540 students from rural and urban areas of Qalioubia governorate and from different social and economic levels. The results showed a positive correlation relationship at the level of significance of 0.01 between the awareness of the management of resources in its three axes, and the values of belonging and citizenship among university students sample study in its four dimensions, there are no statistically significant differences between rural students and urban students in the awareness of resource management in its three areas, while there are statistically significant differences between rural students and urban students in favor of rural students in the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions, there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the awareness of resource management with its three axes, while there are statistically significant differences between males and females in favor of females in the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions, and there are no statistically significant differences between students of practical and theoretical disciplines in the awareness of resource management in its three axes, while there are differences of statistical significance among students of practical and theoretical disciplines in favor of students of practical disciplines in the questionnaire of values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions, there is also a statistically significant variation between students in both resource management with its three axes and the values of belonging and citizenship in its four dimensions according to age, while there is no variation according to the monthly income categories of the family. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the investment of successful programs to educate youth and disseminate positive concepts of how to manage resources. The youth should also be invited to take advantage of the community services and facilities provided by society to them and all members of the family, while preserving community property. And the need to focus the media of all kinds to sensitize the community groups, especially young people, the causes that weaken and threaten the values of belonging and citizenship in light of the changes of the age, as well as warning young people to follow deviant ideas and behaviors and encourage them to work fruitful and serious to contribute to the construction and progress of society.
