هدف البحث الى بناء وتقنين اختبار لمهارة الإرسال المواجهة من الأعلى للاعبي المدرسة التخصصية في بغداد للموسم الرياضي 2014-2015 وإيجاد المعايير له استخدم فيها الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي على عينة من المدرسة التخصصية البالغ عددهم 154 مقسمة إلى عينتين عينة البناء والبالغ عددهم (54) لاعبا وعينة تقنين بالغ عددهم (100) لاعبا ومن خلال استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية تأكد الباحث من أهم الاستنتاجات أثبتت اختبار البحث صلاحيته في قياس مهارة الإرسال المواجهة من الأعلى الكرة الطائرة المصغرة بعمار (10-12) سنة بتوزيعها اعتداليا على عينة البناء وقدرتها على التميز بين إنجاز أفراد العينة ذوي المستوى العالي والواطي في الاختبار الواحد فضلا عن تحقيقها معاملات صدق وثبات وموضوعية عالية. ومن هنا أوصى الباحث اعتماد الاختبار المستخلص في عملية التقويم المستمر للاعبين بأعمار (10-12).
