The spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence is considered an important mental ability that contributes in defining the learner capability to solve required motor drills by concluding the standpoints in relation to skill performance in short time using intelligence and reasoning. Thus, making the right decision, which reflects on accurate technical skills in all games, especially, volleyball. With that, the research problem emerges in the presence of accuracy weakness in offensive technical skills execution in volleyball with 4th grade students. It can be predicted that the cause of it is the level of some of the mental abilities owned by those students, especially, spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence. The research aims to: identifying the relevancy relationship between spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence and offensive skills accuracy in the research specimen; identifying the contribution percentage of spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence in offensive skills accuracy in the research specimen. The researcher used the descriptive procedure by the scanning method and correlation relations for its adequacy to the research. The research specimen included (93) students from the 4th grade which have been chosen randomly with the percentage of 7% from each class. Two spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence criterion was used, in addition to accuracy tests for offensive technical skills in volleyball, the test of skill (serving, receiving and smash hit), and after processing the results, these conclusions were reached: the relevancy relationship shows an association relationship between each of the spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence criterion and offensive technical skills accuracy in volleyball in the research specimen. The contribution results show an active contribution percentage in each of spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence and offensive technical skills accuracy in volleyball in the research specimen. In light of these conclusions, a group of recommendations is presented as following: attention to mental abilities of a student is required similarly to skill, physical and psychological abilities, in particular, spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence, in order to deal with him accordingly. Prompting the educational institutions, specifically, physical education colleges in Iraqi universities to prepare exercises that include spatial optical somatic kinetic intelligence for learners, for its positive role in learning skill performance. Conducting similar studies that comprise these types of intelligence on offensive technical skills in volleyball. Conducting similar studies that comprise these types of intelligence on other games, and on the female specimen. (Published abstract)
