هدفت الدراسة الحالية تعرف معوقات الإنتاجية العلمية لعضو هيئة التدريس جامعة تبوك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (30) عبارة طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (200) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة تبوك، واقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة معوقات الانتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك (المعوقات بالباحثين، والمعوقات المرتبطة بالبنية التحتية في الجامعة، والدرجة الكلية) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بينما جاءت المعوقات المرتبطة بالأنظمة والتعليمات ومناخ الجامعة بدرجة عالية، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) في درجة معوقات الانتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك تبعا للمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والرتبة الاكاديمية، والتخصص: علمي، إنساني)، وفي ضوء النتائج فقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تنمية الأداء البحثي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك. وبضرورة الاهتمام بالبنية التحتية المحفزة على البحث العلمي وتوفير الأجهزة والأدوات اللازمة لذلك. This study aims to identify the obstacles of scientific productivity of the faculty member of Tabuk University from the point of view of the faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was developed from 30 words applied to a simple random sample consisting of (200) The results showed that the degree of impediments to the scientific productivity of the faculty members of Tabuk University (the obstacles of researchers, the obstacles related to the infrastructure of the university and the total degree) came to a medium degree, while the constraints related to the regulations and instructions and the university climate were high, The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the degree of impediments to the scientific productivity of the faculty members of Tabuk University according to the variables (gender, academic rank, specialization: scientific, human). On the development of research performance among faculty members at Tabuk University. And the need to pay attention to the infrastructure that motivates scientific research and to provide the necessary equipment and tools. (Published abstract)
