The study aimed at identifying the behavior of bullying among students of learning disabilities in the basic basic stage in the Directorate of Education of Irbid, comparing it with ordinary students (without learning difficulties). The sample of the study consisted of (876) students of learning difficulties and ordinary in the lower basic stage. The researchers used the scale of bullying, which is characterized by signs of sincerity and stability. The results showed that the level of bullying was low among students with learning difficulties and slightly in favor of the physical dimension compared to the verbal, and that there were no significant differences in the level of bullying among students learning difficulties. And there are differences in favor of male students of learning difficulties at the level of bullying and physical and verbal dimensions .There are differences in students learning difficulties in favor of the third and fourth grades and then the fifth and sixth and then the first and second level of bullying.
