The current research aims at evaluating the educational and training programs offered to juvenile delinquency in social observation institutions through the knowledge of the nature of the programs offered to them, the extent of the contribution of these programs to modify their behavior, the knowledge of their interaction level with the programs offered to them, the identification of obstacles that hinder taking advantage of these programs, and a set of proposals to improve the standard of these programs from the perspective of juvenile Delinquency. The research application is on a sample of juvenile Delinquency in social observation institutions in (Dammam _ Hafr Albatn_ Al Ehsaa) aged between (18-20) years. The search data is collected through structured personal interviews with the juvenile Delinquency, along with the application of a questionnaire to get feedback from the juvenile Delinquencies regarding the programs offered to them. It is expected for this research to reach a set of results that evaluate the reality of the programs offered by the institutions of social observation. (Published Abstract)
