هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأسس النظرية للشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الإنتاجية، إضافة إلى تحديد معوقات ومتطلبات تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الإنتاجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وكذلك تحديد الخيارات الأكثر ملاءمة للقضايا التالية لتفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الإنتاجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر الخبراء: الفلسفة، الأهداف، التأسيس والإنشاء، البرامج الدراسية، سياسة القبول، البنية التنظيمية، مصادر التمويل. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي، والمنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: اعتماد العديد من دول العالم على الشراكة كعامل أساسي لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في مختلف المجالات، حيث تسهم الشراكة في تضافر جهود المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات مما يعمل على تعظيم الفائدة للمؤسسات أطراف الشراكة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. This study aims at disclosing the theoretical fundamentals of the partnership between the university and the productive institutions, in addition to identifying the obstacles and the requirements to effectiveness the partnership between the university and the productive institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as identifying the most proper options to the following cases in order to the effectiveness of the partnership between the university and the productive institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of experts: including the philosophy, goals, foundation, construction, academic programs, admission policy, organizational structure, and financial resources. The study used the documentary descriptive approach, in addition to the questionnaire as a tool of the study. The study has concluded a number of results the most important of them: Many countries throughout the world depend on the partnership as a key factor to achieve the comprehensive development in different fields, where the partnership contributes in unifying the efforts off all the different sectors, that make the benefit more greater for the partnership parties. In the light of the study results, a number of recommendation and proposals has been concluded. (Published abstract)
