يهدف البحث إلى تقصي فاعلية البرنامج في تلبية احتياجات معلمي الرياضيات للتدريس لذوي الاحتياجات التربوية الخاصة وتنمية اتجاهاتهم نحو دمجهم في المدارس العادية. تألفت عينة البحث من (14) من معلمي الرياضيات ببعض المدارس المطبقة للدمج، وللتحقق من فاعلية البرنامج تم إعداد اختبار تحصيلي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، ومقياس اتجاه. وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على الاختبار التحصيلي، وبطاقة الملاحظة، ومقياس الاتجاه عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of a program to satisfy the needs of Mathematics Teachers to teach pupils with special educational needs and develop their attitudes towards their inclusion into regular schools. The research sample consisted of (14) Mathematics Teachers in some of the schools assigned for integration in Ismailia. To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher prepared: an achievement test and an observation card and an attitude scale. The results of the research showed that, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0,01) between the mean of score ratings of the experimental group in the two applications for pre and post achievement test and observation card and attitudes scale in favor of the post application. In the light of these results some suggestions and recommendations are cited. (Published abstract)
