هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر التمكين الإداري ودرجة تطبيق الإشراف عن بعد والعلاقة الارتباطية بينهما في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. أخذت عينة عشوائية بلغت (228) مشرفاً ومشرفة، تم استخدام استبانتان لجمع البيانات تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن درجة توافر التمكين الإداري، ودرجة تطبيق الإشراف عن بٌعد جاءتا بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين التمكين الإداري والإشراف عن بٌعد لدى المشرفين التربويين في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في الإجراءات المعمول بها في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية لتتوافق مع مفهوم التمكين الإداري، كذلك تطوير آليات تطبيق نموذج الإشراف عن بٌعد بصورة مستمرة بوصفه نموذجاً حديثاً. The current study aims at identifying the degree of availability of administrative empowerment and the degree of application it by remote supervision and the relationship between them in the Ministry of Education of Jordan. A random sample of (228) supervisors has been selected, Two questionnaires have been used in order to collect data; the reliability and validity of the tools have been verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of administrative empowerment and the degree of application of remote supervision occupy a medium level; there is a correlation relationship at the level of significance (\J. = 0.05) between administrative empowerment and remote supervision of educational supervisors in the Ministry of Education of Jordan. The study recommended that the procedures of the Ministry of Education of Jordan should be reconsidered to conform to the concept of administrative empowerment, as well as to develop the mechanisms of applying the Remote Supervision model continuously as a modern model.
