The study aims to discover the impact of animal stories found in the Holy Koran on the performance of elementary eighth-grade students in Jordan in the oral and written narratives. The sample of the study consists of (56) eighth grade students taken randomly from public schools in the Directorate of Irbid. The sample is divided into two groups: experimental and control group. The researcher asks the students to set for pre- and post exam. After the pre test the experimental group (37) is presented animal stories from the holy Koran. The test of oral and written performance was corrected using a precise tool. The results of the study show the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) between the average of situational oral narrative performance and written narrative performance in favor of the situational oral narrative performance.
