The current study aimed at revealing the level of the professional stress of the teachers of scientific subjects in the middle school stage and its relationship with some of the demographic variables like gender, and professional experience. The researcher has used the analytical descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of (270) teachers (males and females) chosen randomly from some middle schools in the Wilaya of M’sila, during the school year (2071/2071). In order to collect the data, a professional questionnaire has been applied which was built upon two dimensions (professional dimension – social dimension), and consisted (40 statements). The study results were as follows : the level of the professional stress was medium, there are no differences of statistical significance in the professional stress between teachers due to the gender variable, whereas the results have revealed that there are differences of statistical significance between teachers of scientific subjects in the middle school stage in the questionnaire of professional stress according to the variable of professional experience in its social dimension and in the overall degree of the questionnaire. In favor of teachers (21years old and more). (Published Abstract)
