This research aims to know the effect of Planned organizational cognitive on the attainment for second elementary female students in the subject of dictation. The society sample contained two groups, experimental group of (33 female students) and control group of (32 female students) at second grade elementary school. after equalizing between the two groups according to chronicle age and last year grades in Arabic subject, the experiment started at the beginning of second semester and finished in 10/5/2016 and after extracting the average of sequenced tests for the female students of both groups using T-Test for two independent samples, it appeared that the calculate mark (4.76) is higher than the schedule (2.00) at level (0.05) with free degree (63). This indicates the superiority of experimental female students group on control female students group. This superiority of experimental group on control group happened at the dictation subject because of using planned organizational cognitive which give happiness and self-relief to female students. Besides, this scientific material draws the attention the female students and implants the spirit of cooperation, confidence, and increases their activity inside the classroom. At the end of the experiment the researcher introduced some instructions some of which to follow organizational cognitive in teaching dictation and to train the teachers (both male and female) that teach Arabic Language and on how to implement these steps.
