هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح للتطوير المهني لمعلمي الرياضيات وفق توجّه تكامل العلوم والتقنية والهندسة والرياضيات Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM)، كتوجه حديث ومعاصر في تعليم وتعلم الرياضيات. ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي، وتم تصميم استبانة من خلال استقراء الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة والتجارب المتصلة بالموضوع؛ لاستطلاع آراء سبعة عشر خبيراً في مجال تعليم وتعلم الرياضيات باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي (Delphi) على ثلاث جولات متباعدة. وبعد الجولات الثلاث، خلص البحث إلى تقديم التصور وفق خمسة محاور أساسية، هي: تطوير النظام التعليمي، وتطوير المحتوى المعرفي المتعمق، والمهارات التربوية اللازمة للمعلمين في مجال STEM، وإستراتيجيات وآليات التطوير المهني في مجال STEM، والدعم والمساندة للتطوير المهني في مجال STEM. كما أوصى الباحث ببعض التوصيات التي يرى أهمية مراعاتها عند تطبيق التطوير المهني لمعلمي الرياضيات في مجال STEM. The aim of this research is to provide a draft proposal for the professional development of mathematics teachers in accordance with the orientation of science, technology, engineering and mathematics which is known by the abbreviation STEM. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the Analytical design by extrapolation of educational literature and previous studies and experiences relevant; to explore Seventeen experts in the field of teaching and learning of mathematics views using the Delphi method on three Phones spaced. The researcher concluded by providing the proposal according to five basic axes: The development of the educational system, Development of in-depth knowledge content, The necessary pedagogical skills of teachers in the field of STEM, Professional development strategies and mechanisms in the field of STEM, Support professional development in the area of STEM. Researcher also recommended some recommendations that should be considered when implementing professional development programs for mathematics teachers in the field of STEM. (Published Abstract)
